Bare Arms was created in 2015 to provide expert military support to the theatrical industries. We work across film, television, theatre and video games, behind and in front of the camera. Bare Arms created the long-running Theatrical Firearms Safety Course, now in its 8th year.

Portraying the Military On-Screen

Our comprehensive set of services for productions that feature military, police or firearms in general, can prove invaluable both in front and behind the camera. These services include;

Technical advisers, specialist trained performers, armourers, firearms & equipment, props & costumes, vehicles & aircraft; everything a production needs to realistically portray the military on screen in a safe and professional manner.

Bare Arms is the home of the Theatrical Firearms Course, the industry’s best way for actors to learn how to use firearms safely in a theatrical setting. We run regular courses and training workshops for all levels of professional performer.

We provide trained supporting artists with specialist skills to productions and our performers are setting a new standard for safe firearms handling within the industry.

"I can’t recommend Bare Arms highly enough. Shooting SAS: Rogue Heroes without them would be unthinkable. The guys brought an incredible level of skill, knowledge and professionalism to the project. They made an incredible contribution to SAS: Rogue Heroes."
“There are two great reasons to work with Bare Arms. First, you can trust that any and all issues of realism and accuracy are completely sorted. They hit the ground running and see to everything. Second, everything they do is carried out with military discipline and flexibility."
